Important Short keys

• Ctrl + Down Arrow key - Jump down till the break point

• Ctrl + Right Arrow Key - Jump right till the break point

• Ctrl + Page Down - Switch worksheet from Sheet1 to Sheet2

• Ctrl + Page Up - Switch worksheet from Sheet2 to Sheet1

• Alt + I + R - Insert Row

• Alt + I + C - Insert Column

• Ctrl + (minus) - Delete Row/ Column

• Alt + E + S - Paste Special

Concept Of ALT Key (Very Important)

Almost all Short keys in excel are driven by ALT key concept Press Alt and Release For File - press F, Home - H, Insert - N, etc

For home, press H and you will find short key for all the excel operations
